The home is close to Fort Myers and its beautiful beaches in a quiet and secure living area in the city of Cape Coral. It has got a private, screened and electro heated pool with western exposure. The living space of about 2,000 square feet devided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a joint living room and kitchen is suitable for up to 6 persons. The large sliding door of the living room against the pool area catches the beautiful red of each Florida sunset.

Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend Cape Corals, nahe Fort Myers mit seinen beruehmten weissen Sandstraenden. Der private, vollstaendig gescreente und elektrisch beheizte Pool liegt in westlicher Ausrichtung. Die ca. 200qm Wohnflaeche teilen sich in drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Baeder und einen grosszuegigen offenen Wohnbereich, den eine Fruehstueckstheke in Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Kueche teilt. Das Haus ist ideal fuer zu sechs Personen. Die grosse Fensterfront des Wohnzimmers zum Pool hin taucht den Wohnbereich allabendlich in das Rot der untergehenden Floridasonne.
